LANTERN LUCK
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
In short: Lantern Luck collects, stores and shares no personal data whatsoever. The game is fully offline.
What we collect
Nothing. The app never asks for a name, email, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information. There are no accounts and no sign-in.
Internet
The app does not use the internet at all and does not even request internet access: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, no cloud saves. Your progress, settings and the current run are stored only on the device and never leave it.
Who the game is for
Lantern Luck is a roguelite for teens and adults. It is not directed at children, and it is built so that nobody's data is collected:
- no data collection or tracking of any kind;
- no ads and no in-app purchases;
- no gambling: no betting, no real money and no paid chance-based rewards;
- no chat, social features or external links inside the game.
Device permissions
- No microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos or internet permissions are requested.
- The only device feature the game uses is optional vibration, which can be turned off in the settings; it sends nothing anywhere.
Data storage and deletion
All game data lives in the app's private storage on your device. Deleting the app permanently removes everything. Since we hold no copies, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Content and credits
The art was generated during development; the music and sound effects were generated with ElevenLabs during development and ship inside the app as ordinary files. Fonts: Fraunces, Kurale, Cormorant Garamond and Noto Sans (SIL Open Font License). None of these services is contacted by the app.
Changes to this policy
If the app's privacy practices ever change, this page will be updated first and the "Last updated" date above will reflect it.
